DESCRIPTION
Daflon 500 mg is a veinotonic (a medicine that increases vein tone and strengthens the minor blood vessels).
It is recommended for treating:
– problems with venous circulation (such as heavy legs, chronic venous insufficiency, pains, restless legs, nocturnal cramps, oedema and poor distribution of nutrition by the blood); and
– haemorrhoids (or piles; acute haemorrhoidal disease).
It may also be used as a long-term treatment for haemorrhoidal disease (symptoms of which include aches and pains, bleeding and itching).
